Since ProNature Travel merged as an initiative of the Black Vulture Conservation Foundation, which counts with 25 years of experience in nature conservation in Mallorca. We know exactly where the best bird watching spots are, amongst others, you will have the opportunity to spot one of the most emblematic species of Mallorca: the Black Vulture. We will take you through the vulture´s habitat telling you all about its history and habits. On at least one day you will be accompanied by one of our expert nature guides.
Extra: Extended visit to the Mediterranean Wildlife Conservation Centre.
Because the vultures prefer steep
cliffs and high mountains the character of this set of routes is
likewise as well. We walk around 14 km per day with 600 m of maximum
altitude difference. All hikes contain plenty of outstanding spots to
observe vultures and other raptors.
