Our
dedicated staff, based at the Mediterranean Wildlife Conservation
Centre in Mallorca, work to make the ProNature Travel vision reality.
ProNature
Travel has 3 permanent staff
members and a group of external senior experts, all with extensive
international experience in ecotourism and rural development on several
continents. To complete our team we work with students in ecotourism and nature conservation from diverse parts of Europe, these volunteers
provide us with welcome fresh energy and new ideas.

Jasmijn de Kegel, Technical assistance
Jasmijn coordinates the BVCF´s Ecodevelopment projects in Bosnia and
Herzegovina and Serbia. She is an expert in rural development of the Balkan countries and promotes the ecotourism sector
as tool for rural development generating income for the local families in
order to create a sustainable local economy compatible with biodiversity conservation.

Miguel Navarrete, Senior advisor
Involved from the beginning of the Pronature travel projects as a legal
and organizational consultant. Miguel has extensive experience in the international
tourism industry and profound knowledge on its social implications build up
over the past 35 years of its career. As a graduate in Political Science and
Sociology he participated in a divers range of projects in public and private
enterprises, tourism development, education and investigation.

Jan Dexter, Tour operator manager
As manager of Viajes Isla
Fortuna S.A., Jan counts with over 20 years of experience in tourism business of
Mallorca. Her profound knowledge on the island and positive attitude has been of
great value for the development of the ProNature Travel project. Viajes Isla
Fortuna S.A. collaborates intensively with the BVCF and plays an essential role
in the execution of ProNature Travel’s daily activities. Part of her
responsibilities is to manage the reservations, invoices and payments of the activities.
