The Black Vulture Conservation Foundation (BVCF) and the Mediterranean Wildlife Conservation Foundation (FVSM) created the ProNature Travel in 2008, the project aims to connect the conservation of the biodiversity and the protected areas of the Red Natura 2000 with sustainable tourism development. ProNature Travel promotes a responsible tourism in which the tourists´ awareness for the natural and cultural values of Mallorca and the Mediterranean are stimulated.

ProNature Travel operates in tourism market in collaboration with Viajes Isla Fortuna S.A. (BAL 124) from Puerto Pollensa in Mallorca and has as objective to convert into an innovative tour operator in the international ecotourism sector.
